Shipping
Every piece in The Made Man Apparel is made to order. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse. The moment you place an order, your item is printed and assembled just for you.
Production time
2 to 7 business days from order placement to shipping.
Shipping time after production
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email at sales@themademanapparel.com as soon as your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. We can replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
What is covered
- Items damaged in transit
- Print or stitching defects
- Wrong item, size, or colour shipped
How to request a replacement
Email sales@themademanapparel.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve it within 5 business days.
Sizing
All sizes follow standard unisex fits unless otherwise noted on the product page. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product before ordering. Items run true to size.
The Olandus Foundation Donation
$5 from every Olandus Foundation piece on this site funds The Power of Us, a 501(c)(3) programme that delivers cancer awareness, screenings, and clinical trial access to underserved communities. Donations are made on a monthly basis from The Made Man Apparel to The Olandus Foundation.

FAQ
Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 10 business days domestic or 25 business days international without an update, email us.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders move into production fast. We can attempt to cancel or change within 6 hours of order placement. After that, the item is in production and cannot be modified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard international shipping rates and times apply. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Diners Club, and Discover.
Is my purchase tax-deductible because of the Foundation donation?
The portion donated to The Olandus Foundation is made by The Made Man Apparel as a corporate gift. The customer purchase itself is a retail transaction and is not tax-deductible. Direct donations to The Olandus Foundation can be made tax-deductibly at theolandusfoundation.org.
